Following the success of the first edition of the Specialist Course in Risk Analysis for Flood and floods, the May 3 start of the second edition of the course. " Why a course on flooding? Floods are natural risk more lives and economic losses are charged annually in Spain and Europe. In response to the European Flood Directive, which seeks to address this problem, many agencies are developing initiatives to analytical studies and flood risk management. The course is eminently practical. Combines theoretical elements necessary for students to quickly assimilate the necessary hydrologic and hydraulic fundamentals. The course also has teachers from private business and administration, so that equally combines theory with practice.
